Food Systems Course (Day 1)

Take a look behind the scenes of our food systems to understand how key elements of our food system can and are becoming more sustainable. Learn how we can move even closer towards more equitable, sustainable food systems. Network with others working to grow a more sustainable, inclusive food system.
Topics will include: policy, seed soverignty, food waste diversion, the connection between healthy soil and water. This is a 6 week series starting August 14th – September 25th (except labor day – September 4th). Sign up for the whole series or individual classes.
